Playio’s Community Event is a powerful way to drive awareness and engagement for your PC-based Steam game. Think of it as more than just a simple “Add to Steam Wishlist”; you can create event triggers based on deeper actions like Purchases, Play Time Milestones, or Challenge Completions, encouraging long-term user retention and gameplay.
If you need to track Steam game data using UTM Analytics or a mobile measurement partner (MMP), please contact your Playio representative in advance to confirm compatibility.

This product is designed to increase user interest and engagement with your Steam game.
When a user clicks “Add to Wishlist,” they’re directed to your game’s main page on Steam, helping boost visibility and intent to play. Choosing “Follow” keeps users connected through the Steam News Hub, where they’ll receive updates and announcements about your game.
How will users get rewards? → By adding games to the “Add to your wishlist”.

This product encourages you to purchase games. When a user adds a game to your shopping cart, the game will be added to your shopping cart. Rewards will be given to users who add games to your shopping cart.

Ad Product Type 3) Game Purchase Verification
This product rewards users who authenticate their game purchase using a confirmation code (also called transaction ID or confirmation code).

Users upload a screenshot of their purchase receipt as a comment (or via a survey page) on the Community Event.
*Screenshot requirements: The verification code (transaction ID / confirmation code) must be clearly visible.

Users can refund the game after purchasing it when it falls under Steam refund policy condition, 'Within 2 weeks of purchase and no more than 2 hours of play time'.
